We will distribute line saver numbers to our shoppers at the entrance door beginning at 6:15 am. One pass per person, per number. You may wait in your vehicles, go get breakfast/coffee or even stay in line if you wish. You will need to return to the line at 7:40 am to start lining up for entry at 8:00 am. Please line up in numerical order in the line to the RIGHT of the entry door. Arrivals after the doors open at 8:00 am will be directed to the end of the line. No exceptions. In addition, we are going to randomly hand out early shopper passes when you come get your number. Those lucky winners will be allowed to shop at 7:30 am.
Members of IOMOTC or another multiples club enter at 7:30 am. Must bring current copy of SAGA, club newsletter or our email invite.
We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards*. All large items must be paid for before the items can be placed on hold.
Strollers and wagons are NOT allowed in the school during shopping hours.
Please bring a laundry basket with you or use the IKEA bags that are provided. Do not bring your own canvas totes/recycling bags.
You may not bring your children's own clothes/shoes for any size or color matching.
Diapers bags, slings and baby carriers will be tagged as you enter.
$2.00 admission goes to the OLCHS Mathletes and Scholastic Bowl. Admission will be charged for children age 10 and over. The Booster Club, soccer players, and coaches assist us with setup and tear down of the sale.
